Nearly Two Months on the Feel Great System: My Routine Beyond the Scale

It has been nearly two months since I started using the Feel Great System, so I wanted to share an honest update on where things stand.
In my previous post, I reported that I had lost six pounds during my first three weeks. I have not weighed myself recently, so I cannot provide an updated number—and I am not going to guess.
However, the scale is not the only way to recognize progress. I am continuing with the system, my clothes are beginning to fit more loosely and the routine has helped bring more structure to my eating schedule.
Creating a More Consistent Schedule
One of the most helpful changes has been the way Unimate—sold here in the Dominican Republic as Unici-Té—fits into my intermittent-fasting routine.
Because I know approximately when I want to drink the tea, it helps me plan when I will eat and what I will eat. Instead of approaching each day without a schedule, I am more conscious of my eating window and the choices I make within it.
The products are not doing the planning for me, but the routine gives my day more structure. That structure has made intermittent fasting easier for me to follow consistently.
Feeling More Satisfied Before Dinner
I continue taking Balance before dinner according to the package directions.
By the time dinner arrives, I am typically not as hungry as I used to be. I still eat a normal meal and enjoy the foods I like, but I do not usually approach dinner with the same level of hunger I experienced before starting the routine.
That has made it easier to be more aware of my portions without following an overly restrictive diet or pretending that I will never eat certain foods again.
For me, a sustainable routine has to work with my actual life. I live in the Dominican Republic, where food and social activities are an important part of everyday life. My goal is not to avoid everything I enjoy. It is to make better decisions more consistently.
Energy Levels
My energy level has remained approximately the same as it was during the first three weeks.
I have not experienced the dramatic increase in energy that some testimonials describe, and I think it is important to say that honestly. I also take care of a toddler full time, so it may not be realistic to expect my energy level to feel dramatically elevated every day. Caring for a young child naturally requires a considerable amount of energy.
Different people can have different experiences, and I do not want to claim a result simply because someone else experienced it.
The most noticeable benefits for me continue to be greater structure around my eating schedule, more manageable hunger and the ability to remain consistent with intermittent fasting.
Changes Beyond the Scale
Although I do not have a current weight to report, I have noticed that some of my clothes are fitting more loosely.
That is encouraging because changes in how clothing fits can sometimes become noticeable even when someone is not checking the scale regularly. I cannot say exactly how much my weight has changed since the previous update, but I can recognize that something is continuing to move in the right direction.
I plan to weigh myself again, but I do not want the entire experience to become dependent on one number.
My Honest Assessment So Far
After nearly two months, I am continuing to use the Feel Great System because it has helped me establish a routine that works for me.
Unici-Té helps me organize my fasting and eating schedule. Balance before dinner helps me feel more satisfied by the time I eat. My energy has remained about the same, but my clothes are fitting more loosely and I feel more conscious of my daily decisions.
This has not been a dramatic overnight transformation. It has been a gradual process built around consistency.
That may be the most valuable lesson so far: progress is not always a new number on the scale or an immediate change in how you feel. Sometimes it shows up through a better schedule, more manageable hunger, looser clothing and a routine you can realistically maintain.
For now, I plan to continue the routine and pay attention to how it fits into my life. If I have something meaningful to report, I’ll share another update.
